I have been in south Africa for ten days doing promotion work for my leather sponsor RST.

I spent my time in cape town and everyday went cycling in the sun.

The group also went to a game park to see all the wild African animals.

I have the ten kate championship party this weekend and then back to South Africa for the first official test at Kyalami.
